before John Paul 'JP', which was my first realtor experience I've
had. I spoke to JP and told him all the features I wanted in my
home. He came back with a few homes which met the criteria
wanted, I wasn't happy with some of the layouts of the homes,
so we talked, and he insisted he'll keep looking. JP kept looking
and finally found the perfect home for me and my family. I feel
bad for making him work extra hard for me to get a price

Inherited Home Sale
Carolyn did an excellent job preparing and marketing the house that my family inherited. She had contacts for an estate sale planner, a cleaning crew, a staging company and a construction crew in order to get the house ready for the market. This summer Carolyn Kinnick helped us to sell our home in Chino and to buy a new one in Apple Valley. The process was not very easy and smooth for us- not so young couple: home selling and buying is incredibly stressful! Thankfully, Carolyn's professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, negotiation skills, honesty, and hard work ethic made it all happened, and are much respected and appreciated.
She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was- and we had a lot of questions and concerns!
